Nancy: "Born At Dinnertime" began a few years ago....in concept at least, with the birth of our eldest child, James. We joke that the reason he is such a good eater is because he was born at 6pm- dinner time! Five years later, my kids have been known to turn to someone at a dinner table and ask, "Are you going to eat your arugola?" How have I created an enthusiastic culture of eating healthy and delicious meals? Check out some of my favorite ideas and recipes that get this hungry family through the week!
